Improvers programme: primary care 2021

The Health Quality & Safety Commission is running a four-month Improving together: Improvers programme for the primary care sector. This includes consumers and providers, with an emphasis on general practice teams, pharmacies and Māori health providers.

The programme will introduce participants to the fundamentals of quality improvement and safety science and the use of simple quality and safety tools.

The programme will be delivered via nine two-hourly Zoom sessions (4‒6pm):
• 6 September (introduction session)
• 16 September
• 23 September
• 7 October
• 21 October
• 4 November
• 18 November
• 2 December
• 16 December (final session).

There are limited places available. Registration is open until 20 August 2021, or until places, and the waitlist are filled.
